Dropped by the shop to have Pete look at some scratches on my car because I wanted to get the name of somebody that could conceal or cover the scratches. Pete took a look at the car and said he could do something for me. After 15 minutes of buffing and polishing my car the scratches were nearly invisible – they don’t catch my eye every time I look at my car and the car looks new. Pete couldn’t have been nicer, he shook my hand and told me there was no charge; “he didn’t mind spending a couple of minutes outside helping me out.” There are so many folks in this business that are willing to take advantage of someone who knows little or nothing about cars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Brawley Tire and Automotive.
Tough diagnosis on gradual loss of antifreeze-coolant ,but Pete, James and crew found it. Fixed in 24 hours. Good job guys!
The heat went out in our 2001 Jaguar S-Type in the middle of January. One garage took a look and said I would have to take it to the dealer (in Charlotte) to be fixed. I took it to Brawley Automotive and they were able to fix the heater for a fraction of what it would have cost at the dealer. I will definitely be taking my Jag back this Spring for its seasonal check up. Thanks Pete!
I went to another repair shop in Mooresville to get my vehicle inspected. They came back with a repair list and estimate of $1900, probably more than the truck is worth. I took the vehicle to Pete at Brawley Tire and Automotive for another opinion. He explained that the issues noted were normal wear for my 1998 truck and do not need to be replaced for safety’s sake. He said it would be a nice job but not necessary unless I was looking to restore the vehicle to new. Thanks Pete! It’s refreshing to find an honest auto repair shop in Mooresville!

The team at Brawley Tire and Automotive did a great job diagnosing the electrical problem I was having with my BMW 5 series. Not only did they find the problem quickly, they were able to make the necessary repairs the same day.
